Improper Signage

Post by elwood blooz »

I've read several of the past topics but I'm unable to find the answer to my question.

I lost my job three weeks ago and have been on the hunt since. A friend has his own company so I've been helping a bit when he has the extra work.

The last two job locations which are not any sinilar in business had the same sign. I was unable to take a pic of the sign due to not wanting to stir the guard but is say no weapons allowed concealed or not, blah, blah blah. Is this compliant or not? I don't see it to be and I did have to disarm but only due to the work I was going to be doing. I have another jobsite visit today and I'm certain I will run across something like this again.

The sign *MUST* be fully 100% 30.06 compliant.

Now some people here have their own internal rules, were if the at least the language is 30.06 compliant they obey the sign, but you are under no legal obligation to do that.
thats what I thought. I just thought it strange two totally diffeent types of companies had almost the same sign posted. I'll see what sign I run into today at 1400 hrs.
