Is the Miller Outdoor Theater in Houston posted 30.06?

I have to take my daughter to a concert tonight starting at 7pm. I hate to be out w/o carrying. I can't think of any reason why it would be posted, but just looking for a heads up if it is.

I was there last year and didn't see any signs. It's owned by the City of Houston, and they have pretty much cleaned up their act.
