Expect a narrow ruling although we might be pleasantly surprised. This case is only about whether a ban on possessing a functional firearm in the home is constitutional according to the Second Amendment.

That crackhead was Antonin Scalia. Look at the rest of his statement.

"That is perhaps debatable, but what is not debatable is that it is not the role of this Court to pronounce the Second Amendment extinct."

That was Scalia being sarcastic, just like he was being snarky when he cited one of Ginsburg's opinions that seemed to conflict with her dissent.

I think the sarcasm and snarkiness were both appropriate.
