I can only think of two ways to make a leather mag pouch tighter.

1) feed it heavier bullets
2) Let my wife wash it with my clothes. :???:

A double stack Glock .45 mag

Seriously, I just checked: The Glock mags are bigger than the P14-45 mags -- a mag holder I bought (mainly for the G30 mags) fits the Glock mags pretty snug (not super tight) and is sloppy loose for the P14-45.

The ad where I ordered these claimed it would fit both (specifically).
