30.06 question

American National Insurance building in Galveston has 30.06 signs properly posted, but instead of referring to "Subchapter H, Chapter 411" they refer to a section "4413". Are these signs that predated the current Code? Are they valid nevertheless?

I can't quote code and law, but they are more than likely valid. It probably wouldn't be a good idea to test them.
