TX CHL Instructor that can also teach FL?

My cousin is looking to get her CHL, she lives in Dallas(Garland). Her brother is looking to get his FL CWL... the challenge is that her brother is a Flordia resident. He also has a house here in Dallas (Garland), so he spends 50% of his time here. They want to take the required class together, here in TX.

Is there an instructor in the Dallas area that is licensed to instruct for the TX CHL and the FL CWL? This way they could take the class together.

Florida will take any firearms training, including a Texas CHL course. Crossfire teaches in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and she teaches both the Texas CHL and the Utah classes.

Florida also accepts a Military Discharge papers DD214 or an active military ID card for the required training, Without having to take and pay for a class.
