OWB to IWB holster

Has anyone modified an OWB holster to an IWB, if so how did it go?...And how did you do it?

Not I, nor do I know anyone that has. Someone will be along that has though.

I have not, but I remember seeing on another website where someone did. Basically, he started with an OWB that a belt threads thru, took a short section of leather (probably from a belt), threaded it through, and attached adjustable belt clips at each end and called it done. Looked like it would work but I have no personal experience with such a set-up, and unfortunately I can't point you to the website because I don't remember where I saw it.
