I posted this on the new to CHL forum, but did not get any response.
I'm in the process of filling out the application online. My question is since i lived in 3 different dorms/apartments throughout college(last 5 years) do i need to put all of those with summer breaks back at my parents, or can i just have my parents address since that was always my permanent address and list on my DL?

I'd suggest calling the state agency and asking.

I called and the person from DPS said that I should include college addresses and she suggested attaching a note when i send the application that says explains that i was in college at the time, but my permanent address was still at my parents house. Thanks for the help.
