Williamson County Annex offices
Recently, I had to enter the Williamson County annex off of Commerce Drive in Round Rock to personally renew some auto tags. The site consists of 2 buildings connected by a breezeway between the two buildings. One of the buildings contains the Constable's offices and some sort of court -- I think it was labeled "Probationer's Court," or something similar. The other building contains the Williamson County Tax Assessor's offices and the auto license renewal/title transfer department, among other bureaucratic offices. Given the new definition of the "premises" of a courtroom, would the purely administrative building now be off limits to CHL holders?

No, you should be legal in the administrative side. IANAL.
