2nd Renewal (3rd license) Class Waiver

I apologize if there is a definitive thread regarding waiver of the class/shoot requirement, when I searched, I couldn't find exactly a definitive answer.

I'm renewing my license for the 2nd time (thus, my 3rd license period) this year. It's my understanding, I must complete the class/shooting for this 2nd renewal, 3rd license.

Is my understanding correct? Thank you in advance.

I was under the impression that you had to do a class for every renewal. Not sure.

* Year 0: full course
* Year 4 renewal course with range qualification
* Year 9: renewal course with range qualification
* Year 14: No course required; renewal app, pictures, fingerprints and affidavits required only
* Year 19: Renewal course
* Year 24:No course required; renewal app, pictures, fingerprints and affidavits required only
