Anyone know what has become of this legislation? The TSRA lists it as the DPS Sunset Bill, a 207 page document that eliminates the TR 100, changes instructor recerts to one trip to Austin every four years vice two, eliminates the penalty for not showing the CHL when required, and some other changes.

The website says it was signed by the Governor on June 19th.
