LCP to the rescue :)

Post by mr.72 »

I normally carry my Kahr CW9 in a FIST K3 with jeans and either a T-shirt or a buttondown shirt untucked. Conceals great.

But, this weekend this rig would not work out. Saturday I had to go to a wedding, required me to wear a suit. LCP in a pocket holster worked brilliantly in the suit pants, even though I have never been able to make this work with jeans.

Then Sunday at church I wore a shirt that is too tight to conceal the grip on the CW9 and the LCP clipped inside the waistband was imperceptible.

LCP, P3AT, P32, etc., especially with a clip, something every CHL holder should have. :thumbs2:

My thoughts exactly. Will be wearing a suit to a wedding myself on Saturday. Dress shirt is too paper thin to use tuckable holster (I think you could literally make out the brand of gun from view of grip thru the dress shirt). And I don't want to just use the suit coat as concealment, because I'll likely want to take It off at some point during the reception.

So LCP it is. A "last resort" that everyone should have in their arsenal.

I will be ditching my Beretta Tomcat for an LCP for periodic pocket carry.
