Good buy at Shooter's Station

Post by JLaw »

Had a very busy day setting up the church for VBS. Figured a calming visit to a gun store was in order, so I packed up the cash and headed for Shooter's Station in Conroe. Didn't find any great deals on holsters or ammo like what I was looking for, but I ran across this...

A LNIB Smith and Wesson 4006, with the factory case, paperwork and 2 mags for $375.00. Good deal I figured, so I walked the store for a few minutes, then returned to the counter and said "I'll take it!"

Got it home, did a tear-down, clean and lube and figured out this pistol's not seen very many rounds at all. This deal just gets better and better! The best part of it is I got a very satisfying deal at Shooter's Station. The gentlemen behind the counter were not only very helpful, but truely happy to carry on a conversation. Think I might just have to stock up on some 40 S&W and visit Shooter's Station a little more often, maybe I'll run into dws1117 out there some day!!

Yes Sir! I believe that was a great deal and it was because of your work for VBS. Anyone who is willing take that task on deserves the deal you received. Take the reciept to your pastor and see if he will reimburse the $375 then it will be a better deal
