Ive seen it before, and it still ticks me off to no end that those two ladies didnt say anything.

I wonder if they can sleep at night knowing they could have said something to the two officers.


As for SA, or lack of it, it too played a huge roll in the way it went down.

So sad.

The shots were done rapid fire, but I believe I counted 11,
including the coup-de-grace head shots.

Weren't there 3 cops, not just 2?

What is the status of private handgun ownership in Puerto Rico?

Could the shopkeepers have been armed? Or is PR more NYC in
its restrictions on armed self defense?

It's very much like NYC. Getting a permit to have a gun takes months, and costs hundreds to thousands of dollars.
