The arsenal so far

Post by Kevinf2349 »

I eventually got around to taking a picture of the entire gun collection (minus the two AA conversion kits).

The collection is:

Mossberg 500 Persuader
Henry Lever action repeating rifle
Glock 19
Springfield XD9
Glock 30 SF
Bersa Thunder 3800
Ruger LCP

Hopefully we are going to be adding more to the collection as soon as the Tax man coughs up. "rlol"

What brand of sling is that on your shotgun? Is that the Blackhawk version? Or something else.

Been thinking about getting one, but heard some mediocre reviews about the version sold at CheaperThanDirt.com - Blackhawk version gets better reviews.

Just FYI - Idunno how often you carry the 30sf but I ordered a 9rd mag for mine, and I love the improvement. It makes the fatty a bit more concealable.

How's the LCP? I was torn between that and a Kahr P380 and went with the Khar but am curious about the Ruger.

Nice spread. I like that sling on the pump gun too.

It is from Blackhawk and I am extremely happy with it. I don't usually kep the sling on the gun when it is at home but I do keep the shells and sling in the gun case. (The shotty stays out and handy)

I carry the G30 all the time with the factory 10 round mag. I have never had an issue concealing it. I like the way the gun fits my hand. I couldn't imagine only having 9 bullets though...sounds a little light to me! "rlol" :smilelol5:

The LCP is my wife's pocket rocket. It runs really well but the trigger pull is too long for my long slender delicate fingers! It has only ever had one FTF and that was on the second ever round shot through it. So far it has had +150 shot though it so far. We did put a rubber grip on it and that made it more pleasant to shot for 'her indoors'. It is reliable, super easy to conceal and accurate over the small distance. My wife uses it as her 'give me back my Glock 19 gun' "rlol"

Thanks Joe. It is a .22 and it is a super little gun. Smooth as silk and quiet! I mean REALLY quiet. I have heard people launch spit wads louder than this gun launches a 22.

It is one sweet gun.

Only to and from the truck! "rlol"

I usually carry the G30 as the PCW and the Bersa as a BUG. Mrs carries the G19 as the PCW and the LCP as a BUG.

Looks like you're all set for bad-breath distance, so my vote would be an EBR along the lines of AR15, M1A, M1 Garand or FN-FAL :woohoo
An AR15 is at the top of the list .... alas it is going to be the wife's gun this time around. She thinks the Henry is too cowboy for her so she wants a 'black gun' :hurry:
