Sights

A couple of times, I have seen reference to "combat sights" vs another type of sight.

How do you know what you have, and what is the difference between the two?

I have always taken "combat sights" to mean "non-adjustable" or "fixed sights" as opposed to "target sights" which are adjustable for both elevation and windage.

As a marketing tool, combat sights probably sounds better than, fixed or non-adjustable sights. It makes it sound like you're getting more for your money.

Carefully read the description of the sights and do a little research to make sure that the sights are the ones that you really want.
