Finished class....and a question.

I took my CHL class today. Scored a 250 on the shooting portion (I think only 2 or 3 people shot a perfect score) and a 98 on the written part. Not sure which question I missed. I was in such a hurry to get out of there I didn't wait to see. What a loooong day. I really think the class could be shortened to 6 hours for a new license.

I do have a question however. When I was a teenager, I got a few speeding tickets, failed to go to court, and a warrant was issued for my arrest. I was later pulled over and taken downtown to handle the warrant. I spent three days in jail and got "time served". It was either that or come up with $1200 that night which I could not do.

So, my question is, do I have to list that in my application? Thanks in advance!

If you were photographed and fingerprinted, you need to list it. If you were not... then they have nothing to send to DPS.

If you do list it, make sure you send a certified copy of the disposition of your case.
