Just Took Some New Shooters To The Range

For what was basically their first times. (One did have 'as a kid' experience).

I met them at their place when I got off work this morning and we went over the basics, then we headed down to Winchester Gallery to put theory into practice. I started them off with my .22 rifle, and when they were ready, we moved on to the 9mm handgun. The gentleman in the lane beside us let them each try his Glock with the .22 conversion, and one of them even tried my .40 out for size.

Long story short, because I have to get some sleep, I think it's safe to say they're both hooked. They want to shoot more, and there was a lot of discussion of CHL, and the eventual purchase of a gun for each of them.

I have no major reason to post this aside from sharing the good news about 2 new shooters, and if one of you happened to be the gentleman in lane 9, to thank you for your support of the cause.
