Bianchi X15 Question

The father-in-law is interested in this should harness rig and my only question is does the "Shoulder Holster" come with everything you need or do you need to also purchase the "Shoulder Harness". I have searched the site and was unable to find an answer. Any help is appreciated. Great!! That is what I needed to know. I found a new one at OpticsPlanet.com for $107 with free UPS shipping so I think I will get that one for him. Thanks again for the info!
