will host their Tax Day Tea Party at Discovery Green in downtown Houston April 15 at 4pm. The event is free and open to the public.

The Tea Parties are once again bringing attention to the looming debt crisis in Washington, D.C. as well as the government intrusion into our private lives. With healthcare reform and other controversial bills hanging in the balance and the upcoming elections this year, it is imperative that everyone GET INVOLVED and be educated about the candidates and the issues. November is just around the corner, and if conservatives are going to have an effect on the elections, we have to start planning NOW. Join us and get all fired up for taking action! Speakers for the event are being finalized now. Each of the participating groups will have information booths. We will need volunteers to help man our table and put together info packets. There will be Action Packets available tailored to your local area to assist you in learning valuable info about your area and how to get involved in local issues.
