Next Austin "buy back"

Post by RPB »

I wish they'd announce the date, I have an opportunity to buy a bunch of "military" rifles for $79.99 each to sell to Austin P.D. for .... what were they paying? $100 each?

Ad in today's paper (link below) says Your Choice: HUNGARIAN STEYR ‘M95’ BOLT-ACTION RIFLE OR ‘M91/30’ RUSSIAN MOSIN NAGANT BOLT-ACTION RIFLE

Guns 4 groceries paid:
* $10: BB gun / Air gun / Replica
* $100: Handgun / Rifle
* $200: Assault Rifle

I wonder if a stripped ar-15 lower is considered an "assault rifle", you can pick those up for about $80 and make $120 per :mrgreen:

RPB:

At the 6/5/10 Austin PD gun buyback, they were only giving
$50 for handguns.

You may wish to recheck your source to see if handguns have
remained at $50 for the next buyback, or if they have upped
the handgun price to $100.
