All I could find on the application is to attach the two photos in a seperate envelope marked photos attached and my name printed on the envelope.
Do I HAVE to use a passport photo holder? THe reason why I ask is because when I went to WalGreens for a photo, the woman working there told me it would be cheaper if I just take a photo and print 6 of them out on a 4X6 which I did for like 29 cents..
Is the Passport Photo Holder required?

I believe you can either submit your photos using the photo holder card, or using this form: http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/internetfo ... /CHL-6.pdf
Re: Is the Passport Photo Holder required?
The photo card holder is no longer required. Put the 2 photos in the envelope. Write your name and "photos enclosed" on the outside.
The signature card IS required. That is the CHL-6 form.

Re: Is the Passport Photo Holder required?
thanks guys....I just sent my application in certified...I took my test last July and knew I had to get in before the 12 month deadline...
the ONLY thing wrong w/ my application that I can find...is that the officer who signed the back of one of my photo's and my fingerprint card, that his signature smudged a bit on the photo....I hope they dont give me any problem over it..
