Gun vs. Knife Follow Up with Video

Post by Rob Longenecker »

The previous post about guns vs. knives created a flood of strong opinions and great information.

Now there's a must-see video that really illustrates what a guy with a knife can do against a guy with a pistol.

Here's a follow up post that points to gotta-read articles and to the very sobering video itself. http://tinyurl.com/pfjft

Pause to reflect.
25' bubble is there for a reason.

Yikes.

Good stuff, Rob.

I remember these classes in the Academy. I have never taken a man with knife for granit or far that matter any weapon, especially now that I am older, larger, and slower.

Great post, and video Rob. Hence why I don't leave home without my CRKT pocket machete.

Nice post!

I tracked down a new video about knife attacks. It's somewhat of an advertisement (about Suarez's new video on the subject), but it's still interesting:

Rob, nice post.

The Filipino guy wasn't disuaded at all by the security force shooting him. One determined, committed attacker is a handful... never mind multiples with varried levels of commitment.

Paladin, it's interesting to see how those drills go.
