Bonus rounds!

Post by Embalmo »

Guys,

I just bought a box of 100 9MM Winchester from Wal-Mart and out of curiosity I counted the rounds and there was 103 (I counted twice)!! :hurry: This is the 5th box (of 100) that I've bought in about 4 months. I wonder if it's normal lto get bonus rounds.

hmm. I buy those hundred round packs (in .45acp) but never took the time to count them.
I wonder if there's someone who only got 97 rounds in theirs. :???:

I buy 100 round 9mm WWB from Academy and usually have 1 - 3 extra rounds. Have never had less than 100 rounds.

Wow... I can honestly state that in my 49 years of life on this earth, I have never thought to count how many rounds of ammo are actually in the container. I too have purchased the 100 round boxes. I have also bought bags of ammo at gun shows. Funny... now I am wondering if I might have gotten short changed. i never seem to be the lucky guy getting the freebie.

Maybe I'll count the 550 round brick of Federal .22 next time I buy one. I often count them long after I've dipped into it to make sure I've got enough for the current excursion.

I would never have the patience to count 550 rounds of ammo. I am thinking I would give up at about 30.

If I didn't know better I would be thinking somebody has been telling you stories of watching me count pennies.

Or just load them all into magazines and multiply capacity by number of mags and add any left overs.

That's when you employ your young children that love to help and love to count.
