I'm looking for a lawyer in the Austin area that has experience in working with FFLs. The wife and I are looking to open an FFL biz and want to make sure we have legal counsel handy. Not that we plan on needing a lawyer (most people don't), but I want to make sure I have somebody I can depend on if I have questions (or, God forbid, I have to make a midnight phone call).
I'm aware of Ray Taylor in San Antonio, but it just seems sensible to me that similarly-experienced lawyers are in the Austin area.
Any suggestions?
