I carry my 19 in a Desantis Tuck This 2 sometimes.
I added the hook sticky Velcro on the J-Hook which goes under my Comp-Tac belt that has Velcro sewn on the underside.
It's a little cooler in Summer when the hybrid holsters get sweaty.
In winter I go hybrid IWB

The Tuck This 2 can be adjusted by you for SOB, CrossDraw, or any cant or reverse cant.
I carry a spare 20 round (17+3 .. Pearce Grip PG-39) in the mag pouch on the holster which helps round out the belt shape and also holds position of the holster a bit.

I did have to open the J-hook a little because the Comp-Tac belt is so thick, but on most belts it works as it comes from Desantis.

I'm sure there are better holsters, but the Tuck This 2 is a decent one "for the money" ... nylon

Comp-Tac or Crossbreed for IWB. Whatever floats your boar for OWB :)

Carrying SOB is a bad idea. You run the risk of a spinal injury should you fall and land on the gun. You can be uncovered and easily be the only one around who does not know it. It will prove to be a real bear to get to the gun if you happen to be sitting down when the baloon goes up: this goes triple if you are in your car.

Are you referring to Center of Back? The "S" is confusing.

I've always heard of it as "SOB". Small of back.
