certified or first class

took class on sat 10-7-06 and instructor says to send package 1st class but the forum says to send certified whats best and now do i go to waiting room

1st class will almost always work just fine, but the certified is just that extra level of protection and knowledge.

My philosophy is this: you spent at least 10 hours of your life on the contents of that application package. You probably put a check in there for $140.

Do you really want to save $2 now to send it first class instead of certified?
