Anyone in my area? I am in need of someone to do transfers. Also, what's the going rate for CHL's?
Thanks,

Not exactly sure what you are asking.
Guns Galore can do FFL transfers probably,
http://www.gunsgalorellc.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://www.gunsgalorellc.com/returns.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Use of their FFL
PURCHASE FROM ANOTHER DEALER
10% of firearm value +$25.00 FFL fee plus tax
PURCHASE FROM INTERNET
10% of firearm value +$25.00 FFL fee plus tax

Re: Temple/Belton/Killeen
I used Guns Galore in Killeen and they charged me $25.

Was at Ranger Range (Gatesville) yesterday with my son while he zeroed in his new rifle. I believe their class was ~$85 but did not include pictures or prints. (We did not pay much attention to the class or class details.) The range is not 'first class' however it was safe and a very relaxed atmosphere.

other options:
They do: http://images.dexknows.com/previews/KIL ... _large.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
and possibly http://www.oneholegunworks.com/index.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
There used to be an FFL in Harker Heights, forgot who that was though.

That's a $100 fee on a basic AR. Their name should be Fees Galore.RPB wrote:10% of firearm value +$25.00 FFL fee plus tax

Out of curiosity, can I ask who/where? From the above post it looks like the cost has gone up from the last place I used.flechero wrote:Not sure how I messed that up... was supposed to be in the FFL section.![]()

I was never impressed with Guns Galore. In fact I always thought they were very over priced. I did however buy my first M1A there years ago when I was stationed at Ft Hood.
My posts on this website are worth every cent you paid me for them.
