Post by cheezit »

seeing how I now in mailed status I felt a need to reward myself with something new.
my new to me .45 now Ill I have to do is find away to conceal it. O ya and how to take it apart for cleaning. ya not as easy as a glock.

may get a new set of grips and a few other parts may change but for now its good to go.

That is one beautiful weapon!

You can continue your 1911 education over at http://forum.m1911.org/ . They're almost as friendly as the people here.

I picked up a DVD at a gun show that allows you to watch a guy detail strip and reassemble a couple of pistols. It helped me understand a lot more. This is the DVD I have: http://www.ontargetvideos.com/1911.php
Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence. - John Adams
