Re: WTS Ruger SP101 in Fort Worth
I bought this same gun a couple months ago and I can attest that it is an absolute tank. I am primarily a Glock fan, so I like a well built gun. Great price as well.

I also bought this same gun, with a hammer, at the Dallas gun show a few weeks ago. I put on a Hogue grip on it to make it a bit bigger. I really need to wear a glove to shoot the 357, although the 38s are manageable.

Re: WTS Ruger SP101 in Fort Worth
Thanks everybody, this thing is a hoot to shoot. My wife was surprised at "the fireball coming out of it" when I shot the 357's. I think that it handles both 38 and 357 fairly well. I also smoothed and polished the trigger face and got rid of that edge. Quite a bit of polishing was done to this and I think the time was well spent.
I would also be willing to travel depending on location.

I'd jump on this if I didn't already have the same gun. I am actually looking to downsize my collection a bit at the moment. I'm running out of space in the gun safes.tetralaw wrote:Thanks everybody, this thing is a hoot to shoot. My wife was surprised at "the fireball coming out of it" when I shot the 357's. I will sell the setup for 400 minus the ammo.
