Parabellum Research Ammo

Post by texanron »

Has anyone tried a product from this company? Im trying to find some cheaper ammo options versus what I'm able to find at the local Academy. Looking for 100 rounds of .40 for under $35 a box after tax.

I've talked to the guys but have not been able to pick up a box myself. I don't usually attend the local shows, which is where they do most of their business. They did however offer to meet me anytime to sell ammo.

I've shot some of their ammo. Goes bang every time. If you buy the value ammo then don't expect pretty ammo.

I still need to do a price check at Walmart. I'm just not a frequent Walmart visitor with alll the options I have in my area. Have you found that the prices are to your liking there?

Going "BANG" is the first priority pretty is nice but, not necessary.

Their prices are quite reasonable better than WalMart and Academy localy.

Last I checked:

Federal FMJ 115 50 rds for $10.47
Winchestrer White Box, 100-104 rds for $20.50
Tula steel cases, FMJ, 50 rds for $9.47

Academy had a sale for 50 rds of Monarch (Brass or Steel not sure) for $9. Not sure if it is still running.

Thanks for the Walmart price list. I'll have to make it a point to stop by there real soon and see what I find.
