Transfer Question

I'm looking for the pertinent Texas laws regarding face to face sales; could someone please point me in the right direction?

The relevant section is PC Â§46.06. You can look that up at http://tlo2.tlc.state.tx.us/statutes/pe.toc.htm.

Basically the buyer has to be over 18, not intoxicated, and not known to you to be prohibited from owning weapons (felon, etc.).

You asked about Texas laws. I guess you already know about federal laws.

Thank you, I found the federal laws on the ATF website, but was having difficulty finding a credible source for the Texas laws.
