What is this called?

I'm looking at picking up another wheel gun for pennies on the dollar. The biggest issue is the front sight...it's missing something. And I don't know what that something is called.



What's missing is the orange "Hi-Viz" front sight piece. I have no idea what it is called. Front sight orange thingy? I'm assuming it's some kind of fiber optics and easily replaceable.

Any idea? Numrich didn't show anything (that I saw at least)...
