Is Concealed Carry Legal at Fiesta Texas, San Antonio?

Does anyone know if concealed carry is OK at Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio? I do not recall seeing any 30.06 signs, but I do know they make everyone go through a metal detector and they also check all your carry-in bags. Thank you for your inputs.

I'd bet Six Flags Fiesta Texas is posted (It used to be, I'm sure it still is) (They searched my fanny pack and held my knife for me to pick up when I left ... had trouble finding it when I wanted it back... next time I'll leave knives in the car)
So, in a nutshell, I'm pretty certain it's off limits.

Searching "Fiesta" only turns up one location for a grocery store.

If you go, and you find a 30.06 in SA, please add it to the database over there..

What about PC 46.035?

Sec. 46.035. UNLAWFUL CARRYING OF HANDGUN BY LICENSE HOLDER. (a) A license holder commits an offense if the license holder carries a handgun on or about the license holder's person under the authority of Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code, and intentionally fails to conceal the handgun.

(b) A license holder commits an offense if the license holder intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly carries a handgun under the authority of Subchapter H, Chapter 411, Government Code, regardless of whether the handgun is concealed, on or about the license holder's person:

(5) in an amusement park;

(f) In this section:

(1) "Amusement park" means a permanent indoor or outdoor facility or park where amusement rides are available for use by the public that is located in a county with a population of more than one million, encompasses at least 75 acres in surface area, is enclosed with access only through controlled entries, is open for operation more than 120 days in each calendar year, and has security guards on the premises at all times. The term does not include any public or private driveway, street, sidewalk or walkway, parking lot, parking garage, or other parking area.

In Texas, wouldn't those park policies be worthless for a CLH? If they find out, they can ask you to leave (and if you refuse then you would be trespassing). Otherwise you are not trespassing because effective notice was not given (if they are just relying on the "policies" on a website).

A CHL would only be legally prohibited if all of the conditions are met:

Park policy is worthless, but they usually back it up with a 30.06 sign and or metal detectors or wands and search bags. So, even if they do not have a 30.06 sign and they discover it they will tell you that you cannot bring that in.

I didn't see firearms addressed in a quick perusal of their FAQs, but I did see no smoking, no outside food or drink, and no laser pointers. (for the safety of their staff and guests)

I might be taking the kiddo in a couple of weeks when I drive down from Richardson to watch another of his baseball games. If so, I'll look around and take pics/post on tx3006, etc.

I have had the experience of them taking my knife from me at the gate. Ironically, it's one I bought and carried in the sandbox and says plainly, "Operation Iraqi Freedom Certified". They took it from me when they gave me free entry into the park during the celebration of "American Heroes." (I don't claim that title...I just gave some; some gave all. That's just the title they gave me while they also disarmed me!)

You didnt read all the section you posted. They still have to post 30.06, the above is essentially meaningless. It is an old section of law.
