Background Question

I was told that once I recive my CHL I would no longer have to go through a backgroud check when purcahsing a firearm. Is this true, I have only heard it from one person and never seen it happen.

It's true. You'll still have to fill out the form but there is no phone call made for verification/approval.

Only applies in TEXAS with a TX CHL.
