I'll be there as well. Since I've never shot IDPA do I need to show up earlier than 9 for an orientation or anything? I did have an IDPA orientation with Charles, Dave, and Marc. I also shot with txdpsa(the xd group) last weekend.

PSC-IDPA November Match ....

Post by TraCoun »

I know it's a bit late, but ...

Tomorrow we will have a classifier to make up for the one we were supposed to have in October (match cancelled)

The regular match will use 4 bays, 2 stages in each

Total minimum rounds will be just under 100

Hope to see you all there .....

Sorry all, Donna and I will not be able to make it tomorrow. First match we've missed this year. We have a home improvement in progress that is behind schedule and we need to wrap it up tomorrow. Believe me, we'd both rather be at the match. If anyone would rather put up fence boards and gates, you are welcome to join us here...

Who can shoot the classifier? If I'd like to shoot it, would I bring 100 + 90 rounds ?
thanks.

I'll be on my way back from Kansas. I can't wait to cross the line into OK and then again into TX. Sorry to miss. (The match, that is).

I know nothing about how PSC IDPA is run, but I think you can classify if you are a paid member of IDPA. There is a list on this page with a max number of 8. 7 spots open. http://www.cottonfamily.com/psc-idpa/SO ... r-2006.htm Since it's such short notice I would imagine you just show up and get with Marc ASAP.

Usually it's an "either - or" type deal. Typically, you either shoot the match or you shoot the classifier. However, tomorrow with lots of people out of town etc...., there "MAY" be an opportunity to do both.

Best bet is bring plenty of ammo (as always ;-) ) and we'll see what happens.

See ya'll there,
Dave

I won't be able to make this one, and I was hoping to be able to attend one soon after receiving my 9mm back from repair.
I spend my day with Mom doing some shopping, so I have to put in manual labor here at the house tomorrow.
When is the December match?

Just got back from the match. Had a great time and met several forum members.

I need to work on tac reloads and week hand headshots
