OK sorry..didn't mean to be presumptive... I support 2nd amendment rights for "the people" as defined by the US Constitution. To me that includes legal immigrants, legal residents, etc. As many Americans, 2nd generation extended family is made up of immigrants...Mexico, Norway, Canada, etc.AndyC wrote:Not yet - I'm merely eligible :)

Some of those people have forgotten, or didn't notice, that had it not been for Americans (the colonists) with their guns, many of them would now be speaking German instead of proper English.

Knuckle heads like Piers could care less about facts and stats. They grab the headline of the day and run with it. Piers kept bringing up a mentally ill individual gettiing a gun and shooting a Congresswoman. Ted counters with the stat of how many lives guns save a year and Piers moves on to politics. Ted's plug for Gov. Perry was great!
