Quick Source for Ruger Springs

Post by AlaskanInTexas »

For the second straight week I have launched a spring and plunger on my Ruger SP-101 while removing the trigger assembly. They are lost forever. I am going out of town tomorrow and wanted to take my now nonfunctional firearm. Does anyone know a place in DFW where I could pick up a new set? I don't have time to order online. From now on, I will disassemble in a plastic bag!

Since today is a holiday, I don't think any gun store will be open. If you are leaving tomorrow, you probably will have to take a backup gun.

They are not local, but I have used Numrich Gun Parts. By the time you find a local source you could probably have them shipped to your home.
