Gov. Perry on Gun Control

Post by PBratton »

Best quote ever. Which of the other folks running, either side, would say this?

“I’m actually for gun control – use both hands,” Perry quipped.

The Governor knew he sounded a little cheesy on that one (you could tell by his grin after he said it)...but on the other hand, it leaves no guesswork about which side of the fence he is on. :txflag:

I like the comment about spending his Sunday morning's in church instead of on the golf course.

Don't know how the Kalifornians will see this, but I for one like this kind of honest reply! Refreshing to hear someone not try to be a "politically correct" politician!

I think Perry might be my primary vote, but anyone of the bunch will be better than O, Heck any one would be better than McCain!

I'm not so sure about Mitt. But as much as I'm not a Perry fan, I agree at least he's more tolerable than McCain.

It is a sorry state of affairs when one of the best candidates a "conservative" American has to choose from is an east coast yankee liberal.
