SOUTH HOUSTON—An off-duty police officer fatally shot a robbery suspect who police said had just shot two customers inside a South Houston convenience store.
Officer Paul Brantley just happened to be pumping gas when the shootings happened inside the CITGO near the intersection of College and Dallas Streets.
