Firearm shipping within texas

If I sale firearm within Texas but have to ship, do I still have to ship to a FFL?

Nope.....as long as it's in state and shipped overnight, you're ok regardless if it's a long gun or pistol. Better be trusting the person you're shipping to can legally own a firearm, though.

edited to add: You only need an FFL for out of state transfers.
