How can I get a TABC Blue Sign?

You can actually just go down to the the local TABC office and ask for it. They have them and will give you one for free. I went to the office in Austin and they provided me with the unlicensed possession sign and the 51% sign. As a CHL instructor, I wanted to have them for my classes. The people were very pleasant and courteous.
