So, when something gets knocked over, do you use the term 'Tump' to describe it?

"Be careful! You might tump that glass over."

I used the term in a conversation with my secretary once and she had no idea what i was talking about. She was from Wisconsin

...tump has been a word since the late 1500s...it's even in the Scrabble player's dictionary...the meaning used here is distinctively Southern...and has been used since at least 1964...amazed that some haven't heard it...

...Americans have had more fun mangling and murdering the English language than any other people I know...and it's not hard...few languages use one word to mean a dozen different things...
