Thumbs up AGAIN on Sig Customer Service

Post by wgoforth »

The hex headedscrew came off my wife's P238 and went who knows when or where. I searched all over the net for replacement, assuming it would be cheaper than calling Sig. Everyone was out of stock. Called Sig this morn, telling them I needed to order such. He said fine, he'd get a bag of 5 right out, and that we should put blue lock-tite on them. I asked the price, and he said "Oh it's complimentary this time around." I have had great luck every time I have had to call them for anything. Thumbs up Sig!

I bought a Sig rifle. It didn't come with the Sig sticker like my Sig handguns did. Called Sig, and a few minutes later the service rep was mailing one to me for free.
