CHL Manufacturing - Printer Broke

The DPS main printer is down and is holding up CHL's from printing. its taking a few extra days. mine has been in manufacturing status since Thursday and I called the DPS this morning to see what the issue was and learned of the printer malfunction! this always happens to me and I want to apologize to all those who are waiting.

"Main printer down" So they are working on a backup? Did DPS give you any idea when it would be repaired or when they thought yours (and likely mine) would be manufactured?
