Well, tomorrow will be a better test. I have 130 rounds loaded up with 200gr rnfp with 4.7 grains of Hogdon Universal and 60 rounds with 5.0 grains. That should get me through with ammo to spare and give a good idea how it will function in a match. I'll report back tomorrow with the results. In case you missed it on the previous quest for loads I'll post the pics of both loads. These were shot double action in 35 mph wind so, good indication of shooting steel plates in our matches.

Our match director just sent an email canceling the ,match because the pistol bays are muddy . Really?

I sent an email back saying I hope like heck it isn't muddy the next time I encounter a bad guy. LOL

Man, I was so pumped to get back in the swing of things. My neck surgeon just released me to shoot again, so I was PUMPED!!!!!!! Not to mention the Texas Open is in like 4 weeks!!!!!! In other words as Roy Orbison would say, I am

I know I'm being a baby, it's just that I haven't shot a match since November. You guys that shoot competitively know how fast the skills fade. Oh well, draw and dry fire practice continues.
