We have to be extra vigilant around kids. I've carried in my car a long time and am always concerned but I don't have small kids.

Very sad. Not sure why he put it under the seat if he had a CHL. I would be wearing mine. No matter, everyone needs to secure those firearms solidly if left around kids.
