dangit just got a pair off ebay!
1911 folks... Try the one with the thumb relief. It makes a world of difference to me when releasing the magazine. I have a pair of the smooth style with the mag cutout and they are amazing. Haven't tried the rougher styles yet. I also feel that they would give a little more protection in event of kaboom.
