Please note that Captain America is a 1911 man. :coolgleamA:

Captain America was a 1941 super hero, so that was one of the few semi-auto pistols out there, and the staple side arm of the US Military. Only makes since he would use that gun. Besides, he IS Captain America and has great taste!!

OK, I saw Avengers this afternoon. Two lasting impressions:

1. Charlize Theron in spandex. I can die happy now.

2. What Hulk does to Loki at the end. I haven't laughed that hard in years.

The economy can't be too bad if people can afford to spend a billion dollars for movie tickets, not including the cost of popcorn, etc. :evil2:
I believe the basic political division in this country is not between liberals and conservatives but between those who believe that they should have a say in the personal lives of strangers and those who do not.

1. If you're referring to Black Widow, that is Scarlett Johansson. Cherlize Theron is not in The Avengers.

2. That was hysterical!!!

Oh, and for TAM, I think Charlize Theron wears spandex and high heels in Hancock, with Will Smith.
