The above link is about 3 minutes long, and shows a shooter who breaks his AR-15, and causes some physical
damage to himself in the process.

Language alert: The language is not OK for the 10 year old daughters out there, but the video is informative
in that it shows you something you should not do with your AR-15 to clear a jam.

My word, swinging the camera around on a bungie cord would give you a stabler image.
